The duration of the "Frozen" status depends on the product type, your seller level, and whether after-sales protection is provided for the account order. For example, if you are a Level 1 seller and the account order has 7 days of after-sales protection, the "Frozen" duration will be 7 days. When the "Frozen" period ends, your balance will switch to "Available" status and be eligible for withdrawal.
